Hello and welcome to the Saturday Spankings blog hop! It’s the weekend and I’m celebrating. I’ve hit the 75,000 word mark and it’s official – The Ties That Bind is going to be the longest book I have written to date when it’s finished!!
So what should I leave you with this morning? Hmm… how about Vampire Naughtiness?
Desiring Death
VIOLETTA
The idea was to go to the party, have a little fun, kill the vamp and be home in time for supper. She’d already killed the rest of Martinet’s monstrous family and he was to be her last assignment.
THE REALITY
Michel Martinet, vampire extraordinaire, was far older than any of the hunters had expected. He could not be killed by either blade or stake. He was also a Master of his kind and could control humans with little more than a gaze from his brilliant blue irises.
MARTINET
He wanted revenge. He was going to get it, in every way imaginable, but especially between the sheets. They had a score to settle and he knew just how to get even.
Trying desperately hard to shut his voice out of her head, she concentrated on reaching her destination. Her run had now slowed to a pathetically brisk walk, but she ploughed on as fast and as hard as she could. Gritting her teeth against the fierce pain that emanated from her shoulder, she knew it wouldn’t be long before Piazza San Marco came into view.
“I will teach you to worship my touch. You will learn that your place is beside me, kneeling at my feet.”
She snorted with laughter, even though it cost her dearly, for the throb of her shoulder brought tears to her eyes. Cradling the injured limb in her free arm, she stumbled forward and tried to ignore his insistent presence.
You will be trained in the arts of pleasure, obedience and servitude. You will excel at them all, and when I get bored of tasting the delicious vintage that flows throughout your body, I will change you and then your torment will really begin. Will you fight me, Violetta?”
She couldn’t help herself and riposted back with, “Every step of the damn way.” “Good,” was his succinct reply, followed by, “how’s the neck?”
Keep Hopping!

I’m not sure if I feel sorry for Violetta, or if Michel will end up giving her everything she wants and needs. Guess I’ll need to read the book to find out.
Great contrasts & conflict. Excellent story.
This sounds like an intriguing read!
OMG– this sounds so good!!
